Simply Mouse Vacations LLC offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. Simply Mouse Vacations LLC does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. Hence, customer agrees that Simply Mouse Vacations LLC acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing, and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that Simply Mouse Vacations LLC shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection there with.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGE All suppliers may or can have cancellations and change fees based on the supplier you are booked with (airlines, cruise lines, resorts, and transfer companies). The Terms & Conditions of the supplier are not those of Simply Mouse Vacations, LLC; please review & accept those Terms and Conditions in this booking paperwork.
Check Your Documents: When you receive your booked vacation confirmation from Simply Mouse Vacations LLC, you must review it immediately. Please check the dates, names, DOB, passport information, rates, package inclusions, flights, car rentals, and any other components of your vacation. Simply Mouse Vacations, LLC will not be responsible for omissions or errors if they are not brought to our attention immediately. If any changes are needed, contact your Simply Mouse Vacations advisor immediately. All payments must be received by the due date to avoid vendor cancellation of vacation packages.
QUOTES: When requesting a quote from Simply Mouse Vacations, LLC, we do our best to give you the best price and option available. However, quotes are subject to change and availability until a deposit is made on the vacation package. All quotes are in US currency.
When booking a Walt Disney Travel Company package with Simply Mouse Vacations LLC, you will be given the option to share your My Disney Experience account information with your advisor for planning purposes only; we assist with only planning requests such as, but limited to linking reservations & tickets, dining reservations, and other similar activities. We cannot perform your online check-in on your behalf. If you provide this information to a Simply Mouse Vacations advisor, this is your permission for us to access the account on your behalf.
TRAVEL PROTECTION: Travel insurance is offered through our suppliers for your vacation package. It's the traveler’s responsible for protecting their purchases, and travel insurance is strongly recommended by Simply Mouse Vacations. The traveler is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage. The above travel insurance/protection waiver form must be signed accepting or denying this option during the booking process. If the supplier does not offer insurance, we can recommend a 3rd party company.
Payment processing Simply Mouse Vacations, LLC DOES NOT ACCEPT DIRECT PAYMENTS OR CHARGE THE CLIENT DIRECTLY. Your payments are processed with and by the travel vendor. Simply Mouse Vacations, LLC will make the payments on your behalf with the supplier and by you completing the Simply Mouse Vacations LLC credit card authorization form it's our permission to process the payment. Simply Mouse Vacations LLC provides the travel vendor with the client's billing address and credit card information, and the supplier will charge the client's card for the approved payment. You will not see Simply Mouse Vacations on your credit card statement it will be the travel vendor. We do not accept cash or checks at Simply Mouse Vacations, LLC. If a Supplier does not provide the service or ceases operations, your recourse is against the Supplier, not us Simply Mouse Vacations LLC), with this information provided you agree not to initiate a chargeback against us ( Simply Mouse Vacations LLC or Independent Contractor of Simply Mouse Vacations LLC) or a refund request. If you attempt to chargeback,reverse or recollect a previously authorized transcation for a trip payment , Simply Mouse Vacations LLC reserves the right to collect addtional costs,fees, and expenses associated with chargeback, refunds, and reversals.
FLIGHTS: Simply Mouse Vacations, LLC does NOT book individual stand-alone airfare. With many of our suppliers, Simply Mouse Vacations LLC can bundle the airfare directly with the travel vendor. Simply Mouse Vacations LLC is not held liable for any canceled, delayed, or other problems encountered with your flight. Airline flight delays are common, and if your flight is delayed for any reason, you will need to work with the airline on expenses incurred by the change and review their terms and conditions.
DOCUMENTATION: U.S. citizens traveling to any destination outside the United States must present a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for six months past the return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. It is the responsibility of all travelers to know the entry and departure requirements of their destination. We take no responsibility for this information or the consequences. Every country has the legal right to refuse entry to anyone with a past criminal conviction, a DUI, or who owes child support or other misdemeanors. It is your responsibility to check the current policies of the country you have chosen to travel to and visit tsa.gov/travel and CDC.gov to ensure that your travel plans are not disrupted. Please make sure you check all these situations before traveling. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets. Please check the State Department website at https://travel.state.gov for further information. Immunizations may also be required. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, entry, and/or government-imposed fines. There may be additional requirements if you are a citizen of another country. Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the destination you are traveling to and find out the entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens.”Traveler acknowledges that beginning on May 7th, 2025, the passenger must present a driver’s license or another form of identification that complies with the Federal Real ID Act requirements.
SIMPLY MOUSE VACATIONS LLC shall not be responsible for any injuries, losses, damages in connection with terrorist activities, pandemics, social or labor unrest, the mechanical or structural integrity of air, sea, and ground transportation and accommodations, diseases, local laws, terrorists acts, bankruptcy or cessation of supplier or carrier services, climatic conditions, Acts of God, delays, changes or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, hotel services, accidents or health-related problems before or while in transit to (e.g., an accident on the way to a tour), during, and after a tour, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside of SIMPLY MOUSE VACATIONS LLC control. This agreement protects Simply Mouse Vacations LLC and any Independent contractors that work under Simply Mouse Vacations brand.
Photo Release and Marketing
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and consent that any photos, images, or testimonials you voluntarily provide to Simply Mouse Vacations or to your Independent Contractor (Travel Advisor) may be used for marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on Simply Mouse Vacations' website, social media platforms, printed marketing materials, and other promotional efforts.
All photos shared by clients with Simply Mouse Vacations or its Independent Contractors are provided with the understanding that the client has granted permission for such use. Simply Mouse Vacations relies on its Independent Contractors to obtain and verify client consent before submitting any photos or images for marketing purposes.
Simply Mouse Vacations is not responsible for independently verifying the authorization of photos provided by Independent Contractors. It is the sole responsibility of the Independent Contractor to ensure they have obtained the necessary consent from the client(s) featured in any image or content shared.
If you prefer not to have your photos or images shared, simply inform your Independent Contractor. No photos will be used for marketing unless you voluntarily provide them to us or your advisor with permission to share.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you affirm that you have the authority to act on behalf of all individuals included in your travel party. You acknowledge that you are accepting these Terms and Conditions not only for yourself but also for all other travelers listed on your reservation, including any minors or individuals under your care.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all travelers in your party are aware of and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Coronavirus COVID-19 (and other potential pandemic/government action) Release, Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability & Indemnity Agreement
When Booking with Simply Mouse Vacations LLC you agree to the below COVID Waiver
The 2019 Novel Coronavirus* (COVID-19, “Coronavirus”) is a known and rapidly evolving pandemic that is affecting travel worldwide, with continued spread and impacts expected. This release is not limited to Covid-19 and includes any future pandemic/government action.
Client is fully aware of the current global Coronavirus COVID-19 virus outbreak, the current travel restrictions, and inherent risks involved if choosing to travel and acknowledges that there may be future issues affecting travel.
Client understands that it is his/her responsibility to check the latest travel information regarding any concerns with the CDC. https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/notices
Client understands that it is his/her responsibility to have travel insurance to ensure they have coverage for all medical needs and trip cancellation, but understands that concerns or fear of travel is not a covered reason for cancellation relating to the Coronavirus/Covid-19 as well as any future issues and may be denied. Client holds SIMPLY MOUSE VACATIONS LLC harmless for their election to not purchase travel insurance or any denial of claim by travel insurer as it relates to Covid-19 or any other claim under the policy.
Travel insurance generally only covers unforeseen events. Most insurers classified COVID-19 as a 'known event' late January 2020. Please note that most policies have a specific clause stating they do not cover epidemics and pandemics, especially when travel warnings are in place. Client understands that he/she is bound by the terms of the insurance policy as it relates to any known and/or unknown issues.
Client is aware of the travel warnings, travel restrictions and rules and understands the risks, is accepting of these and knows that and holds SIMPLY MOUSE VACATIONS LLC harmless for any travel restrictions, death, illness, cancellations by suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour agencies or any other travel provider, financial loss, quarantining rules or measures put in place at airports or destinations you are traveling through. Client further agrees to hold SIMPLY MOUSE VACATIONS LLC harmless for any financial penalties or fees imposed by the by suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour agencies or any other travel provider due to cancellations or postponements due to COVID 19 and agrees not to institute a credit card dispute or “charge back” to SIMPLY MOUSE VACATIONS LLC for said penalties or fees.
Client is aware that additional screening procedures and restrictions may take place at airports and in public areas. Client is aware that these restrictions may include mandatory face coverings and/or other screening measures in airports, hotels, cruise ships, trains or any other means of transport/carriage.
Client is aware that Immigration restrictions may be put in place before or during your travels that may impede your ability to enter or exit your destination as planned. Client is aware that it is their personal decision to travel and is doing so with full knowledge of current travel recommendations and travel restrictions with regards to the Coronavirus COVID-19 or any other issues that may arise and takes full responsibility for his/her actions with regards to this. Client understands and confirms that SIMPLY MOUSE VACATIONS LLC, after reasonable inquiry, has provided client with the best available information regarding pandemic protection policies provided by travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruises lines, tour agencies, transfer agencies or any other provider involved in clients booking, but that said suppliers may not enforce or apply said policies. Additionally, client understands and is aware that even if said travel suppliers make a good faith effort to enforce said policies and procedures, some travelers may refuse to cooperate with said policies. Client further holds SIMPLY MOUSE VACATIONS LLC harmless for any injury or harm that may arise.
In consideration of the opportunity afforded to me and with full knowledge and acceptance of the risks associated with travel, I hereby release, indemnify, hold harmless and covenant not to pursue any action against or naming SIMPLY MOUSE VACATIONS LLC, its officers, employees, Independent Contractors, volunteers, agents, representatives, and any other person involved either directly or indirectly, from all claims, suits, expenses, attorney fees and demands of any nature (including negligence) caused by, deriving from, or associated with this trip . I make these covenants, release and waivers knowingly and voluntarily. It is further understood and agreed that this Coronavirus/COVID 19 Waiver and Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement is to be binding on my heirs and assigns and I sign it of my own free will. I hereby acknowledge that this Agreement to be binding by my signature and checking acknowledgment box for all travelers listed under this booking.
