Simply Mouse Vacations, LLC does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. Hence, customer agrees that Simply Mouse Vacations, LLC acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that Simply Mouse Vacations, LLC shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith.” Cancellations All suppliers may or can have cancellations and change fees based on the supplier you are booked with (airlines, cruise lines, resorts, and transfer companies). Check Your Documents: When you receive your booked vacation confirmation from Simply Mouse Vacations, you need to review it immediately. Please check dates, names, DOB, passport information, rates, and package inclusions. If there are any changes needed contact your agent immediately.
Quotes: When requesting a quote from Simply Mouse Vacations we do our best to give you the best price and option available at that time. However, quotes are subject to change and availability until a deposit is made on the vacation package. All quotes are in US currency.
Insurance: Travel insurance is offered through our suppliers for your vacation package. We will need a accept or deny on this option before the supplier’s insurance cut off date. If the supplier does not offer insurance or you would like additional options we work with Allianz Insurance and can provide you more information.
Payment processing Simply Mouse Vacations, LLC DOES NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS OR CHARGE THE CLIENT DIRECTLY. Your payments are processed by the supplier. Simply Mouse Vacations, LLC will make the payments on your behalf with the supplier being your travel professional . Simply Mouse Vacations, LLC provides the vendor with the clients billing address and information and then they charge the client. There are never charges from Simply Mouse Vacations, LLC.
Flights: Simply Mouse does NOT book individual airfare. With some of our suppliers, we are able to bundle the airfare directly with the supplier of travel. Simply Mouse, LLC is not held liable for any cancelled, delayed, or other problems encountered with your flight.
DOCUMENTATION: U.S. citizens travelling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for 6 months past the return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. Passengers are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets. Please check the State Department website at https://travel.state.gov for further information. Immunizations may also be required. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government imposed fines. If you are a citizen of another country, there may be additional requirements. Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the destination you are travelling to and find out the entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens.”
